Job Responsibility

  • Be a subject matter expert on Private Debt and Private Equity transactions and procedures
  • Develop and support the team by providing a framework for adherence to procedures and policies
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by supervising a small team (3–5 direct reports)
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Ensure client deliverables are input in workflow planner and adequate resources are allocated
  • Liaise with external parties and cooperate with internal account management teams
  • Learn to process all fund life cycle events for portfolios containing multiple asset types
  • Review and distribute portfolio and cash reconciliations and customized daily/monthly reporting to clients
  • Effectively interact with internal and external parties
  • Serves as the escalation point for internal and external parties on unresolved servicing issues
  • Represents the team in platform-wide initiatives
  • Proactively runs medium complexity projects or initiates independently
  • Provides his/her superior with constructive and meaningful solutions

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in asset management, preferably within fund houses, fund administrators, or the Big Four
  • Strong knowledge of Fund structures, Private Debt, Private Equity and eFront
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of leadership experience
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of fund accounting processes
  • Proficient in reviewing complex processes, managing escalated client issues, and nurturing client relationships
  • Skilled in establishing and monitoring key performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Happy to work as part of an international team
  • A strong interest to learn and develop a strong career in fund administration in Philippines and other international offices
