Strong understanding of partnership accounting and investment fund structures
Experience supporting venture capital, growth equity, or private equity funds preferred
CPA strongly preferred

Job Responsibility

Manage fund accounting activities across multiple investment vehicles
Oversee quarterly closes, financial reporting, and investor reporting
Review capital calls, distributions, carried interest allocations, and management fees
Coordinate with external fund administrators, auditors, and tax providers
Manage tax compliance and investor tax reporting processes
Assist with valuation support and portfolio reporting initiatives
Improve operational processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies
