Job Responsibility
Handle the fund’s accounts, preparation of periodic financial reports, regulatory reports, periodic Net Asset Value calculation and financial statements
Coordinate Investor servicing, including investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions as well as issuance of shareholder statements
Coordinate tax returns and tax balances with tax partners
Manage the relationships with other service providers in the industry, auditors, law firms, banks and fund managers
Act as central point of contact for accounts, identifying and anticipating possible problem areas, measuring potential risks, and offering suitable solutions
Requirements
University degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics
5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Italian Alternative Investment Fund Administration, in particular Italian Real Estate Funds or Private Equity Funds (Contractual Funds and SICAFs)
Several years of experience in Italian Alternative Investment Fund Administration, including NAV calculation, Financial Statements, Transfer Agent and Investor servicing, Tax compliance and Regulatory reporting
Italian Fund Accounting background and experience is a must
Team spirit and leadership
Fluent in Italian and English
Nice to have
Experience with Consolidation and IFRS
Experience with Real Estate Accounting tools like YARDI
