Job Responsibility:
Manage Fund and General Partner ledgers, including quarterly expenses, accruals, intercompany activity, investment transactions, and partner allocations
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements
Support annual audits and tax filings
Monitor cash positions across assigned funds
Calculate, record, and process capital calls and distributions for funds and investments
Partner with Investor Relations to respond to limited partner inquiries
Prepare and deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making
Requirements:
Experience in private equity or partnership accounting strongly preferred
Familiarity with cash flow analysis
5+ years of audit or fund accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics
CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus
Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
