Job Description

As a Fund Accountant, you will be a key player in the accounting life cycle of investment funds. You will collaborate with several internal and external departments, while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial data.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and review the periodic financial statements of the funds (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Ensure the accuracy of the calculation of the net asset value (NAV)
  • Participate in annual audits and ensure smooth communication with external auditors
  • Perform portfolio reconciliation with custodians and counterparties
  • Analyze discrepancies, correct accounting anomalies, and document processes
  • Collaborate with the Investment, Compliance and Tax teams on various projects
  • Monitor regulatory changes and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and good understanding of IFRS standards
  • Analytical skills, autonomy and attention to detail
  • Good team player and ability to manage several files simultaneously
