Job Description

This isn’t a back-office accounting role. You’ll be sitting at the intersection of fund accounting, valuations, and investment decision-making—working directly with senior leadership and partners in a high-performing venture environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading ASC 820 valuations across portfolio companies
  • Turning assumptions, market data, and models into real investment insights
  • Supporting fund operations, financials, and capital activity
  • Interacting with auditors, LPs, and investment professionals
  • Mentoring junior team members and stepping into increased ownership

Requirements

  • 4+ years in fund accounting / VC / PE or public audit (with fund exposure)
  • Strong understanding of ASC 946 + ASC 820 (valuations is key)
  • Someone who wants to move from reporting numbers → influencing outcomes
