Fund Accountant Manager

• Manage fund and GP accounting, including journal entries, accruals, expense allocations, intercompany activity, and investment-level accounting
• Oversee capital activity including capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple fund entities
• Track and manage fund liquidity and cash forecasting
• Coordinate closely with external auditors and tax providers during audit and filing cycles
• Review NAV packages, investor reporting, and capital account statements prepared by administrators or junior staff
• Analyze and document complex accounting issues related to new investments or structured transactions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting team members
• Partner with Investor Relations to address limited partner inquiries and reporting requests

• 5+ years of experience in fund accounting, public accounting (audit or tax), or private equity accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar discipline
• Strong technical accounting foundation and analytical capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a lean, hands-on, and growth-oriented environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
