Job Responsibility

  • Manage Fund and General Partner ledgers, including quarterly expenses, accruals, intercompany activity, investment transactions, and partner allocations
  • Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Support annual audits and tax filings
  • Monitor cash positions across assigned funds
  • Calculate, record, and process capital calls and distributions for funds and investments
  • Partner with Investor Relations to respond to limited partner inquiries
  • Prepare and deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Experience in private equity or partnership accounting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with cash flow analysis
  • 5+ years of audit or fund accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics
  • CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus
  • Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
