Functional Test Analyst

• Conducting onboarding/offboarding of employees
• Coordination of training activities
• Planning, preparation, execution, and moderation of meetings
• Creation of project and time plans
• Preparation of project milestone overviews
• Support with procurement tasks
• Maintenance of project documentation in tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Creation of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Support in communication between project members

• Bachelor's degree in IT or economics, finance
• 3+ years in Software Testing (project management activities are also valid)
• Knowledge and extensive practical experience in project management office
• Practical experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Strong MS Office skills (including MS Project)
• Strong team skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, also in an international context
• Knowledge in banking/payment systems
