Job Description

Position Overview The Functional SME supports Senior Review Teams by providing expert analysis in one or more acquisition domains such as systems engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, test and evaluation, or production readiness.

Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate assigned functional areas for program risk and maturity
  • Analyze documentation for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility
  • Develop defensible findings and recommendations
  • Support development of final review reports
  • Assist in executive briefings as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a relevant acquisition functional area
  • Experience supporting Federal acquisition programs
  • Ability to produce high-quality analytical documentation
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Secret clearance

Nice to have

  • DAWIA Level II or III
  • Experience with DHS or DoD acquisition programs
  • Strong written and analytical skills
