Requirements:

Teaching qualification and where applicable, relevant subject specialist qualification - with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months
Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)/ Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) or commit to work towards within a specified timeframe (Applies to Teachers in YOI only)
Experience creating stimulating, vibrant environments, which are conducive to learning and motivational for learners
Ability to achieve quality targets
Ability to produce accurate and timely reports

Nice to have:

Ability to deliver Functional Skills Maths and English courses is desirable, but other subjects are available
