  • Master Degree/MSc: Electrical Eng/Automotive Eng/Aerospace Eng/Electrical Eng, Electronics Eng/Informatics
  • Languages: full professional proficiency in Italian and English, French is a plus
  • Communication skills: able to speak to stakeholders at varying levels in an organisation. Careful listening
  • Organisational skills: high attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently on tasks, escalating when needed
  • Project Management skills: able to participate actively to the creation of implementation plans for solution delivery on client’s projects
  • Client-oriented: You fully understand the urgency of action for the client
  • Self-management skills: Ability to manage assigned projects and create your own agenda with due lookahead and flexibility
