This opportunity is part of an international project within the tobacco production industry. You will contribute to the design and delivery of robust, scalable HR and system integrations.
Job Responsibility:
Lead integration design workshops to gather requirements from clients or internal stakeholders
Prepare functional design documents
Manage the sign-off process
Work closely with developers to clarify requirements
Support unit testing
Assist the testing team by reviewing test scenarios and test scripts
Requirements:
Experience leading design workshops
Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors EC
Experience designing CPI integrations (payroll experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Organised and able to summarise workshop outcomes
Team-oriented and collaborative
Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum C1 level)
