Job Responsibility

  • Configure and customize NetSuite solutions & workflows
  • Analyze & optimize client business processes
  • Perform data migration processes
  • Document client requirements and project plans
  • Provide training & support during implementations

Requirements

  • Advanced or Completed the degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles, and/or
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or similar roles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems, particularly in a consulting or functional consultant role
  • Advanced English Communication
  • Assertive Communication skills
  • Proactivity & Customer-facing skills

Nice to have

  • In-depth knowledge of at least two advanced NetSuite modules
  • Proficiency in handling the full lifecycle of ERP implementations
  • Leadership abilities
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying and resolving complex issues
