Functional Consultant (Supply Chain) – Microsoft D365 F&O

• Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, including system setup, configuration, and alignment with business processes
• Conduct functional testing, validate system configurations, and ensure successful deployments
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support, resolving functional issues efficiently
• Develop Functional Design Documents, perform testing, and maintain documentation
• Analyze root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements
• Support clients during UAT and Hyper Care phases
• Prepare reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers, and consultants to ensure seamless service delivery

• Experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX, with a focus on the Supply Chain modules
• Strong understanding of supply chain business processes, including inventory management, procurement, production control, warehouse management, and sales order processing
• Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain solutions to meet business requirements
• Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex functional incidents
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
• Willingness to travel for on-site client work

Certifications: MB-330 – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management is a plus
