Job Description:

Collaborate with clients or internal teams to gather and document business requirements related to finance and operations processes and design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to align with client needs and industry best practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze customer requirements for CRM system implementation and conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes
  • System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet customer requirements. Implement and maintain CRM entities, forms, workflows, and business rules
  • Custom Development: Develop custom plugins, JavaScript, and .NET code to extend CRM functionality. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues within the CRM system
  • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition to Dynamics 365 CRM. Validate and cleanse data to maintain data integrity
  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on system functionalities and provide post-implementation support and address user queries and issues
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes. Develop user manuals and training materials
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers. Work closely with customers to ensure alignment between CRM solutions and business goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, information technology, etc.)
  • Previous experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant or similar role
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Understanding of CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
  • Strong programming skills in languages like C#, JavaScript, and .NET
  • Knowledge of integration techniques, including RESTful APIs and middleware
  • Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively

Nice to have:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent is a plus
