Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Avature Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Avature Talent Management Platform and expertise in configuring and optimizing its functionalities to meet business needs. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, design scalable solutions, and support the implementation of Avature modules to enhance talent acquisition and employee engagement processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements related to ATS/Recruitment and employee engagement
  • Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor for their Avature platform needs
  • Configure and customize the Avature platform, including workflows, forms, templates, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Design and implement scalable solutions that align with business goals and Avature’s best practices
  • Provide functional support for system integrations between Avature and other platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems)
  • Ensure seamless data flow across systems to maintain data integrity and accuracy
  • Conduct functional testing to ensure system configurations meet business requirements
  • Identify and resolve configuration issues to maintain system reliability
  • Prepare functional documentation, including requirements, solution designs, user guides, and training materials
  • Maintain up-to-date records of platform configurations and customizations
  • Deliver user training sessions to HR teams and end-users to maximize platform adoption
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure users can effectively utilize the platform
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated with Avature’s latest features, updates, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as an Avature Functional Consultant or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent management, and HR workflows
  • Hands-on experience configuring and customizing the Avature platform
  • Knowledge of system integrations between Avature and other HR-related platforms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with best practices in talent acquisition and employee engagement
  • Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
  • Educational Qualification: BE, B-Tech Engineering Graduate, MCA

Nice to have:

  • Experience conducting user training sessions
  • Familiarity with other ATS or HRIS platforms
  • Certification in Avature or relevant HR technology platforms
  • Experience in change management and adoption strategies
