Job Description:

Our client is building a new team at their production site at western outskirts of Prague, to join their Global IT department and drive the evolution of the Group’s ERP landscape. This isn’t just a support role — it offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to a significant digital transformation project spanning more than 20 countries and connected to the Group's ongoing digitalisation efforts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Migrate to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM from Microsoft Dynamics AX on a global scale, then optimise and maintain the process
  • Lead the deployment and improvement of D365 F&SCM modules with a core focus on Sales and Customer Order Management
  • Collaborate with Sales and Planning teams to optimize end-to-end processes, including inventory visibility and customer fulfillment
  • Enhance supply chain performance using tools like demand forecasting, order promising (ATP), and real-time sales insights to support business decisions
  • Organize SME workshops, mentor team members, and ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and follow industry best practices
  • Direct the rollout of D365 F&SCM Manufacturing modules, covering Discrete, Lean, and Production Control methodologies
  • Partner with Engineering and Production teams to optimize BOM management, routing, capacity planning, and resource groups
  • Ensure seamless connectivity between Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), quality management, and inventory control
  • Lead business analysis groups, maintain comprehensive documentation, and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to project standards

Requirements:

  • Proven international experience in designing, implementing, and managing D365 F&SCM solutions
  • Deep functional knowledge of the D365 F&SCM Manufacturing modules, including hands-on experience with production orders, MRP and Kanban OR D365 F&SCM Supply Chain Management modules, including Sales and Distribution, order-to-cash, customer order management, and demand planning
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into efficient, scalable, and secure ERP solutions
  • Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for D365 F&SCM implementations, processes, and ongoing improvements
  • Fluent English
