We have an exciting opportunity for a Functional Analyst to join our team and support the successful delivery of complex, strategic projects assigned to the Customer Platforms team. Acting as the subject matter expert for CRM processes and change, you’ll support end to end project delivery, undertaking business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping and testing. As we transition from our current CRM to a new system, you’ll have the self-motivation and drive to absorb new information quickly, using it to make well‑reasoned and informed decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the subject matter expert for CRM processes and change
Support end to end project delivery
Undertake business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping and testing
Support the successful delivery of complex, strategic projects assigned to the Customer Platforms team
Requirements:
Experience working in a technical support and delivery function
Knowledge of project management and delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and Lean techniques
Good understanding of CRM systems (Blackbaud Enterprise CRM, MS Dynamics, etc.)
Previous knowledge of project management & delivery techniques in a busy and changing environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent influencing skills, able to manage conflict, motivate and inspire others
