Job Description:

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. You will be involved in the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of critical applications, working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers in an Agile environment. You will ensure that business requirements are clearly understood, properly translated into functional solutions, and aligned with both technical constraints and organizational objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders
  • Challenge and refine needs to ensure clarity, feasibility, and business value
  • Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process models
  • Model business processes using standard methodologies (UML, BPMN)
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure mutual understanding
  • Collaborate closely with development teams in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (refinement sessions, sprint planning, demos)
  • Define, prepare, and execute functional test scenarios
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality of delivered solutions
  • Contribute to incident analysis and provide functional support when needed
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation and support end-user adoption

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong expertise in functional analysis and business process modeling
  • Good command of UML, BPMN, or similar modeling techniques
  • Solid understanding of complex IT systems and application landscapes
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
