Job Responsibility

Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders

Model business processes using standard methodologies (UML, BPMN)
Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure mutual understanding
Collaborate closely with development teams in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (refinement sessions, sprint planning, demos)
Define, prepare, and execute functional test scenarios
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality of delivered solutions
Contribute to incident analysis and provide functional support when needed
