Job Description:

Fun Summer Nanny Needed for two active boys ages 8 and 10. This is a short-term summer position from June 1st to Aug 21st. The family is looking for an energetic, engaged nanny to participate in outdoor activities and hands-on play.

Job Responsibility:

  • All standard nanny duties, including making the boys' meals, doing their laundry, unloading and loading the dishwasher, and putting things away
  • Limit screen time and focus on outdoor activities
  • Genuinely jump in and participate with the children, not just supervise from the sidelines

Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
  • Have all standard vaccinations
  • 2+ years of nanny experience with school-age children
  • Must be 100% trustworthy and on time

Nice to have:

  • The ideal candidate will be fun, energetic, and creative in planning summer activities for the boys
  • They should be active, able to keep up with their energy, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play and fully engage with them
