Our customer is an innovative company that utilizes state-of-the-art technology to assist in the care of elderly people. By using predictive algorithms, AI, and IoT home devices, the ecosystem creates an interactive tool that enables care services to better understand and support each elderly individual.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a global full-stack team developing web and mobile apps
  • Own architecture and technical design across database, backend, and client-side
  • Design scalable solutions with Node.js, React, and React Native
  • Guide QA and testing processes to ensure high product quality
  • Mentor engineers and foster professional growth
  • Partner with Product to define and deliver the roadmap

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of full-stack development experience with Node.js and React
  • Proven experience leading development teams in agile environments (prefferebe at mid-sized companies)
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Track record of setting processes, KPIs, and delivering milestones
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills in production environments
  • Collaborative, customer-centric approach to problem-solving
  • Strong leadership, architectural thinking, communication, and ownership
  • Able to work according to the Austin, Texas time zone (UTC−06:00, Central Time (CT))
