Job Description:

We are looking for engineers with 3+ years of experience to help us scale our Engineering community from different perspectives (product, tech, and internal organization-wise). You’ll be able to tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many engineers. You’ll design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor other engineers & lead crews. You’ll be able to contribute to hiring your future coworkers and shape candidates’ hiring experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build provider-facing platforms that streamline healthcare operations
  • Ship AI-powered tools that help members navigate healthcare
  • Create delightful mobile and web experiences
  • Build global-first infrastructure designed for reusability across multiple markets
  • Own critical product decisions as a domain expert
  • Innovate on healthcare delivery by building tools that bridge the gap between insurance, providers, and members

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Well-versed in Object Oriented Programming such as Python, Java, C#
  • Enthusiastic about web technologies such as modern Javascript
  • Willing to work in Python/JavaScript
  • Passionate about building products
  • Self-starting and entrepreneurial
  • Humble and still willing to grow
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
  • Fluent in English
