Job Responsibility:

  • Build a global onboarding platform serving 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada
  • Build smart automation for life's big moments (adding family members, retirement, company transitions)
  • Build innovative self-service solutions that reduce operational costs while improving member satisfaction
  • Tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many engineers
  • Design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products
  • Mentor other engineers & lead crews
  • Contribute to hiring future coworkers and shape candidates’ hiring experience

Requirements:

  • Well-versed in Object Oriented Programming such as Python, Java, C#
  • Enthusiastic about web technologies such as modern Javascript
  • Willing to work in Python/JavaScript
  • Passionate about building products
  • Self-starting and entrepreneurial
  • Humble and still willing to grow
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
  • Fluent in English
  • Speaking French ideally
  • At least 2 years of software engineering
  • 3+ years of experience
