Fullstack Software Engineer

• Design, build, and ship fullstack features
• Work closely with designers to bring polished, responsive, and intuitive experiences to life
• Think deeply about customer problems and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Deliver meaningful improvements every week with high autonomy and high standards
• Partner with design, support, and leadership to prioritize, scope, and ship work that matters
• Help establish engineering patterns that balance speed, maintainability, and performance

• 5+ years of cumulative experience building and shipping products (both frontend and backend)
• Experience building production-grade apps in React and Ruby on Rails
• Passion for UI/UX and a strong product sensibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional partners
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Some experience with Python would be nice to have, but not required
• You can think from customer’s perspective and iterate extremely quickly
• You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
• You are persistent and determined
• You've directly worked with a founder before
