Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (e.g., Django / FastAPI / Flask) Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using Next.js, React, TypeScript/JavaScript Integrate frontend and backend components, ensuring smooth data flow and consistent user experience Design and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL), write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices across the stack Participate in code reviews, contribute to coding standards, and ensure high code quality (testing, linting, documentation) Collaborate with DevOps/Cloud teams to deploy and monitor applications (Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms) Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance or scalability issues in both frontend and backend Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack or Backend Developer with strong Python skills
  • Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, Flask)
  • Solid experience with Next.js and React (SSR/SSG, routing, state management, API integration)
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design, JSON, and integration with third-party services
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • familiarity with Docker is a plus
  • Understanding of web security, performance optimization, and best practices (caching, SEO, accessibility)
  • Good problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a collaborative Agile team
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
