Job Description:

ABOUT THE JOB: Develop backend services, business logic, and API endpoints using Java/Spring Boot. Implement workflow logic for claim submission, validation, routing, and resolution. Integrate with SAP or external systems for claim processing, data enrichment, and reporting. Ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and well-optimized. Build clean, responsive UIs using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). Implement user-friendly features for claim submission, document/attachment handling, SLA/progress tracking, approval and communication flows. Contribute to system design and architecture discussions, including REST APIs, OData services, and database schema design. Perform unit tests, integration tests, and follow CI/CD best practices. Participate in code reviews and maintain detailed technical documentation. Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and testers to deliver project milestones.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
2-5+ years of experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot preferred)
Experience in frontend development with JavaScript / TypeScript (React, Angular, or Vue)
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
Experience with cloud platforms
You demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset
You are able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
