Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with proven experience in .NET and React/TypeScript, and a strong interest in AI-driven solutions. The candidate will play a key role in advancing eFront Insight Core, our premier Private Markets data and analytics platform. This platform is central to the success of our Data Collection business and increasingly leverages AI technologies to deliver smarter insights and automation. Fully integrated into our Engineering Team in Belgrade, the employee will work across both technical and functional layers of our most innovative products, while gaining expertise in the fast-growing Private Markets industry and AI-powered solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and implementing new features, from conception to production deployment
  • Building AI-enhanced components to improve data quality, automate workflows, and deliver predictive insights
  • Managing every aspect of our SaaS product, including production monitoring and incident resolution on the cloud platform
  • Contributing to the improvement of team methodologies (CI/CD, automated testing, standard processes)
  • Collaborating with a team of versatile, open-minded people with a strong innovation spirit

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Organizational Sciences, or related software engineering background
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development
  • Proficient English, both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of C#, and experience with React/TypeScript
  • Ability to autonomously dig into an existing codebase and understand its concepts
  • Curiosity about the functional part of the product
  • Interest in AI and GenAI technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • proactive approach with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • Python knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Finance industry
  • Experience with AI integration or model deployment
  • Proficiency in Python (for AI/ML workflows)
  • Proficiency in Elasticsearch
  • Proficiency in Azure CosmosDB
  • Proficiency in Azure Service Bus
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or Azure AI services
