We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design and build end-to-end digital solutions that optimize and support our plant floor operations. In this role, you will specifically focus on creating and maintaining and supporting manufacturing scheduling tools and integrating them with our existing supply chain ecosystem. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between complex industrial logic and high-performance software.
Job Responsibility:
Production Scheduling Development: Build and optimize visual scheduling boards (e.g., Gantt charts) with drag-and-drop functionality for real-time plant floor adjustments
System Integration: Design and manage APIs to sync production data between ERP / MES systems and custom scheduling tools
End-to-End Development: Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from front-end user interactions to back-end server logic and database management
Performance Optimization: Ensure applications can handle real-time data flows from devices for live machine status and cycle tracking
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with plant managers and supply chain planners to translate manufacturing constraints into technical requirements
Requirements:
Supply Chain Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including Finite Capacity Scheduling, resource allocation, and bottleneck detection
Tech Stack Proficiency: 6 years of experience developing in: C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Microsoft SQL Server
4 years of experience developing in: HTML, Javascript
Scheduling Tools: Familiarity with or development experience in tools like PlanetTogether, Opcenter (Preactor), Asprova, or custom Gantt-based planners
Methodologies: Proficient in Agile/Scrum environments, with experience in CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and version control
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to apply technical knowledge of key concepts in own disciplines and act as a key technical resource within own work group/project team
Basic knowledge of external supply chain practices/best practices/trends
