We invite a Senior Fullstack developer (Python+JS/TS) to join our team. About us: On the market since 2002; Operational departments and development hubs worldwide. Project description: Three key areas of the projects: 1. Automated Cloud Infrastructure — Design, development, and maintenance of a proprietary technical platform (BAM) that automates ~100% of the lifecycle of multi-cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP). AI is increasingly integrated into this orchestrator. 2. Strategic client support — IT consulting and governance for executive committees (COMEX/CODIR) of industrial groups, systematic pairing (internal + external) with direct exposure to decision-makers. 3. Applied Artificial Intelligence — Integration of AI agents into production workflows, validation of AI-generated code (volume: ~1M lines/day generated, current processing capacity ~50%), training of executives in the structured use of AI. Clients and Client Types: Industrial groups (e.g., GEB, 180 years of history, manufacturing sector); Retail & e-commerce (e.g., Truffaut, Decathlon — annual cross-functional projects); Financial services and healthcare (high-risk environments, stringent security requirements); Tech startups/scale-ups (migrations, architecture modernization). Technical stack: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go (ideally more than 3 years), LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source), agents IA, RAG, pipelines de validation, AWS. The developer will join a team of senior experts (average age ~45, including several former entrepreneurs). They will be required to work with multiple clients simultaneously, always in tandem with an in-house team member. Team composition: Small, senior team — each member is versatile and self-reliant. Systematic pairing (in-house + external resource) for every client project. Direct reporting to the partner's CEO and the CTO. No middle management — direct communication, rapid iterations.
