Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (Node.js / React / Claude Code) to join our team. Leading B2B platform for organizing corporate events — from team offsites to large-scale annual events. The project team is located in Paris and meets offline every two months, so a visa and the ability to visit the EU are essential. Technical stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, GraphQL.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and share best practices on Claude agentic AI
  • Design and deliver features through to impact validation
  • Contribute to your squad’s architectural decisions
  • Maintain high standards of quality, performance, and reliability
  • Actively participate in team rituals: code reviews, daily syncs, retrospectives, 1:1s
  • Mentor and support less experienced engineers on best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in fullstack development
  • Strong product and business mindset
  • Proficiency with React / Next.js
  • Proficiency with Node.js / NestJS
  • Comfortable with MongoDB and GraphQL, including performance considerations
  • Autonomous with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B2)
  • Experience development with Claude Code - most of the code should be produced using AI
  • Must be located within a maximum of 1–2 hours of the Paris time zone and will be required to come onsite in Paris 2 days every 2 months
