Job Description:

Full-time, long-term nanny position for one 16-month-old toddler in a family with parents who work from home. The role involves standard childcare duties, developmental activities, and light household tasks related to the child.

Job Responsibility:

  • All standard nanny duties including bottle washing, child meal prep, loading/unloading the dishwasher, child laundry, washing family sheets and towels, vacuuming the child’s room and play areas, and maintaining tidy, organized child-related spaces
  • Planning engaging outings and developmentally appropriate activities is a key component of this role.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of nanny experience with toddlers and or infants
  • Comfortable working in a home where both parents work remotely but maintain clear boundaries
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual are non-negotiable
  • Strong background in planning developmentally appropriate activities
  • Proactive, creative, and confident, taking initiative with outings and enrichment
  • The ideal candidate is active, engaging, and hands-on with the child
  • Have a minimum of 5+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
  • Have all standard vaccinations, including flu and Tdap.
