Job Responsibility:
Assist in small class settings, typically supporting 4-5 students
Work alongside experienced teachers to create a positive learning environment
Provide tailored support and help students thrive both academically and personally
Requirements:
A strong desire to support students with complex needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and students
Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday
An Enhanced DBS check for both children and adults is required
A full driving license and access to a car is highly recommended due to the school's location
Genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs, including those with autism and physical disabilities
