We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Full-Time Retail Pharmacist to join our team in the dynamic Healthcare industry. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a B-Pharma qualification and up to 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy to contribute to our mission of providing excellent pharmaceutical care. Job Responsibility:

  • Dispense prescription medications to patients accurately and efficiently
  • Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and storage instructions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Maintain accurate patient records and prescription histories
  • Manage inventory of pharmaceuticals, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
  • Provide professional advice on over-the-counter medications and health-related products
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
  • Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy technicians and interns, if applicable
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in pharmaceutical science and practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B-Pharma) degree from a recognized institution
  • Valid pharmacy license to practice in India
  • Maximum of 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
  • Proficiency in retail pharmacy operations and services
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosages, and interactions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems for prescription processing and record-keeping
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
