Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain helpful customer service
  • Process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Cash register operations
  • Ensure each customer receives outstanding service which follows the mystery shop standards
  • Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and maintain all cash at registers
  • Issuing receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
  • Greet customers as they enter the store
  • Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked
  • Solicit customers to open an Ace Rewards card
  • Answer phone calls
  • Tactfully and pleasantly deal with customers
  • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
  • Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by store management

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be over the age of 18
  • able to pass a criminal background check prior to hire
