At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this - This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
  • Team-focused and 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to perform lifting, bending & climbing
