Job Description

At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this - This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till.

Job Responsibility

  • Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative Repco team member, and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements

  • People person and passionate customer service expert
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience
  • Interest in automotive is a plus
  • Confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers
  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
  • Team-focused and 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to perform lifting, bending & climbing
