Legends Global is hiring a full-time receptionist for the Spurs Club, located at The Rock at La Cantera. The Spurs Club is a first if its kind chef driven private social club and restaurant located in the Victory Capital Performance Center at the Rock La Cantera. Members can gather to work, entertain and unwind in premier style
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary greeter for members and guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and hospitable experience
Memorize member faces, names, and profiles to provide personalized service and foster a sense of community
Answer and direct incoming calls, providing detailed and courteous assistance
Manage email communication, including responding to inquiries and relaying messages promptly and professionally
Assist with general administrative duties such as postage/shipping, scheduling, and ordering office supplies
Support staff with projects, including accounting, timekeeping, and payroll tasks
Maintain front office organization and cleanliness, ensuring it reflects the Spurs Club standards
Manage reservations, private event inquiries, and member scheduling in collaboration with the Membership Manager
Utilize design software, such as Adobe InDesign or Canva, to create flyers, digital communications, and marketing materials for events or club updates
Monitor and manage member communication platforms, including newsletters, social media updates, and event reminders
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member needs or concerns and resolving them efficiently
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and email communication platforms
Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to memorize member profiles, including names, preferences, and unique needs
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Creative and skilled in graphic design using tools like Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice to have:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role in hospitality or a private club environment
Experience with membership management software or CRM tools
