What are you motivated by?: The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center. What you're great at: Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances. Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up. Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center. Notifies manager of any issues. Assists guests when needed. Completes all other duties as requested.
