Job Responsibility

  • Diagnose and repair small engines, handheld power tools, and related equipment using schematics and technical manuals
  • Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, and safety inspections on small engines and handheld devices
  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs involving electrical systems, wiring, switches, and generators
  • Collaborate with service advisor to explain repairs, recommend maintenance solutions, and ensure excellent customer service experience
  • Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all repairs performed

Requirements

  • Proven dealership experience or service technician background in small engine or equipment repair
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in schematics, electrical systems, welding, soldering, and diesel engine repair
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
  • Valid experience in equipment repair including generators or similar machinery is preferred
