Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Flex Security Officer to join our dynamic Security Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance. The Flex Security Officer provides reliable coverage relief across multiple posts and shifts to maintain consistent security operations. This role supports vacation, sick leave, training, and unplanned absences while upholding all safety, security, and customer service standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting in the overall safety and security of the hotel, employees, and its guests on property
  • Following proper safety and security procedures
  • Providing reliable coverage relief across multiple posts and shifts

Requirements:

  • One to two years’ experience in a security field preferred
  • Knowledge of emergency and safety procedures
  • Work authorization in the United States
