Job Responsibility:

  • Client Engagement: Work onsite with clients across the Inland Empire to meet interim staffing needs and drive long-term project success, where continuity is paramount
  • Project Delivery: Perform tasks such as general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, audit support, and system implementations. Improve workflows and offer subject-matter expertise
  • Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with client stakeholders and represent Robert Half as a trusted partner
  • Skill Development: Participate in paid training, certifications, and mentorship programs to stay current and grow professionally

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of high-level experience in accounting or finance roles (e.g., Analyst, Accountant, Auditor, Bookkeeper)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred (not required)
  • Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
  • Strong ability to post journal entries and reconcile bank accounts accurately
  • Familiarity with full-cycle payroll processes and bookkeeping functions
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite for managing financial data
