Job Responsibility:
Ensure accurate recordkeeping in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, including managing general journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts efficiently and on time
Process payroll with precision and manage quarterly and year-end tax filings
Prepare monthly financial statements to provide essential insights into business performance
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
Proficiency with general ledger systems and accounting tools like QuickBooks or similar software
Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced formulas
A proactive, independent problem-solver who’s passionate about accuracy in financial reporting
