Job Responsibility

  • Greet guests arriving by private car and assist descending from cars
  • Issue valet parking ticket and explain parking procedure and price
  • Greet guests and escort them to rooms
  • Deliver luggage upon check-in and pick up upon departure
  • Assess damage to vehicle when Doorman unavailable and note on claim ticket
  • Drive car to hotel or local garage adhering to traffic regulations
  • Provide directions, recommendations, and city information
  • Retrieve car for guests swiftly and safely
  • Handle guest interactions with highest hospitality and resolve complaints
  • Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer assistance
  • Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
  • Perform shoeshine service
  • Perform errands for guests and hotel including local travel and house car services within 3 miles

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Previous Bell/Valet experience in a hotel environment preferred
  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel
  • First Responder Certification a plus
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
