Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a busy, customer-facing environment
Confident with both manual and automatic brewing equipment
Strong basic math and cash-handling skills
Sound understanding of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and food safety standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Physically fit and capable of moving the coffee cart daily
Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

Job Responsibility

Open and close the coffee cart independently (key holder duties)
Safely move the cart into position each morning (requires physical fitness)
Ensure all brewing equipment is fully operational
Answer questions about the coffee offerings and share your product knowledge
Prepare and serve consistently high-quality, well-presented drinks
Follow precise recipes and maintain beverage standards
Monitor stock levels and place orders for restocking when required
