Job Description:

Citi is looking for Full-Time Associates to join the Enterprise Services and Public Affairs team in New York. The program includes rotations through different ESPA disciplines, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to contribute to Citi's priorities, develop skills, and grow professionally.

Job Responsibility:

Broaden skill sets
Develop analytical skills
Increase knowledge in different disciplines
Build professional networks and leadership capabilities
Contribute to ESPA priorities through rotations and placements
Work closely with management teams to add value to Citi

Requirements:

You are pursuing a MBA or Master’s degree and will graduate between December 2025 and June 2026 and you have 3-5 years of significant relevant full-time professional work experience
It is preferred that you currently have a GPA of 3.3 or above
You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
Enthusiasm to learn about the wide range of roles within ESPA
Ability to think globally, creatively, and to be innovative
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) at all organizational levels
Ability to present information in a clear, creative, and persuasive manner
Positive attitude and work ethic
Resiliency to work in a challenging and changing, high volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and execute quickly and efficiently
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills
Advanced MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to relocate domestically and/or globally (rotations for the full time program could be located in various locations around the US)
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work in high pressure deadline environment
