Job Description:

Citi is looking for Full-Time Analysts to join the Human Resources team in Tampa. The HR program offers two one-year rotations where Analysts will have an opportunity to broaden skill sets, develop analytical skills, increase knowledge in different disciplines, build professional networks and leadership capabilities. The Program will provide Analysts with on-the-job-training in one of Citi’s Business Groups and one of the following HR functions: Learning, Total Rewards and Culture, Talent Management & Engagement, Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition, HR Partnership and Delivery, HR CAO (Chief Administrative Officer), Employee Relations and HR Policy.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in a comprehensive training program
Broaden skill sets, develop analytical skills, increase knowledge in different disciplines, build professional networks and leadership capabilities
Contribute to HR priorities by gaining experiences through rotations and placements
Work closely with management teams and add value to Citi through various responsibilities

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree and graduating between December 2025 - June 2026
Preferred GPA of 3.3 or above
Enthusiasm to learn about the wide range of roles within HR
Positive attitude and work ethic
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Resiliency to work in a challenging and changing, high volume, fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact, discretion, and integrity
Ability to think globally, creatively, and to be innovative
Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and execute quickly and efficiently
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills
Advanced MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to relocate domestically and/or globally
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) at all organizational levels
Ability to present information in a clear, creative, and persuasive manner
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work in high pressure deadline environment
