Job Description:

The Financial Analyst (FA) Program is a two-year entry-level leadership rotational program introducing college graduates to Citi Finance through diversified experiences. Participants gain broad skill sets, knowledge across disciplines, and leadership capabilities. The program includes technical and soft skills training, rotations through various finance areas, networking opportunities, and preparation for leadership roles in Citi Finance.

Job Responsibility:

Developing financial controls
Performing financial closings and consolidations
Management reporting
Planning and analysis
Managing balance sheets and liquidity
Contributing to Finance priorities
Developing analytical skills
Building professional networks and leadership capabilities

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics (graduating in December 2025 - June 2026)
GPA of 3.3 or above
Will not require U.S. work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
Creative in solving problems and intellectually curious
Strategic and analytical mindset
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, quick-thinking and able to juggle multiple tasks
Technologically proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Focused on achieving group and client objectives and able to build and maintain relationships
Familiar with process improvement
