Job Description:

Pixels 360 is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer (Angular, Node, MySQL) to assist with the coding, testing, and support of our clients’ websites and web applications projects and other digital properties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing responsive websites / web applications & testing across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices
  • Developing Angular web applications with integration through Node services, and a database backend
  • Building, maintaining, and deploying web properties using CI/CD processes
  • Building reusable component-based code and libraries for future use
  • Supporting and creating enhancements to existing web properties
  • Fixing bugs and platform issues
  • Writing and updating best-practice documentation & creating automated tests

Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc. degree or equivalent
  • Self-driven, independent and a quick learner
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant Angular experience (after graduating from college)
  • Experience working with Contentstack, WordPress and Drupal
  • Experience with web hosts (e.g. AWS, WP Engine, Pantheon)
  • Excellent understanding of GitHub code versioning and CI/CD
  • Excellent understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Proficiency in PHP (minimum 2 years full-time professional experience)
  • Good understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
  • Good understanding of relational databases and MySQL

Nice to have:

  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Capability of working in a fast-paced environment with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Self-start with strong self-management and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
  • The position requires constant communication with colleagues
