Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern web technologies, including React and Next.js, and will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining web applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain web applications using modern full-stack frameworks and technologies such as React and Next.js
Design and implement efficient and scalable front-end and back-end solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features and functionality
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack to ensure high-quality deliverables
Stay updated on emerging web development trends and best practices
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and practices
Contribute to the planning and execution of project timelines and deliverables

Requirements:

Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks, including React.js
Experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies
Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Familiarity with Next.js and other advanced web development tools
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills for collaborating within a team environment
Prior experience in a similar full-stack web development role
